Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
Live Spiders: All live spider orders ship with 2‑day shipping to ensure they arrive safely and quickly.
Enclosures: Shipping times vary based on the method you choose at checkout — you pick the speed, and we’ll handle the rest.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently do not offer international shipping at this time
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel confident when ordering from us, and we stand behind the quality of our spiders and enclosures.
✅ 30‑Day Returns (Enclosures)
You may return unused enclosures within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Once received, we’ll process your refund promptly.
✅ 1‑Week Live Arrival Guarantee (Spiders)
All live spiders come with a 1‑week replacement guarantee. If your spider does not make it within the first week after arrival, we will replace it at no cost. To qualify, we require clear, reliable proof (such as photos or video) so we can understand what happened and ensure proper care moving forward.
✅ How Replacements Work
Replacements are sent out as soon as proof is reviewed and approved. Shipping costs may apply depending on the situation.
